Ordered a pizza for delivery knowing the estimated delivery time was 75 minutes, which was fine because I was not in a big hurry for dinner. Got notification 1 minute before the estimated delivery time that it was on its way, then I waited another 30 minutes for it to be delivered. Tried to call and was sent directly to voicemail.

Very bad experience with the Pleasant Avenue location in Fairfield, OH. I placed a delivery well within the business delivery time frame. My debit card was charged. In mid stream my order was cancelled. I then called the store and was told well it depends on volume as to what time we close. I have never had this happen from this location. My wife and I had come to prefer Marco's. That has now changed. Horrible Business
