I was 😲disappointed. Not the way I remembered Big Boy growing up as a kid. Burgers definitely not the same. We placed a order for a Big Boy burger... We sent it back. Look like it was for a kid to eat. The patties & bun very small. So I just ordered a chicken salad. Salad was fresh at least.

My grandson ordered pancakes and had to ask for syrup, after five minutes I had to go to the counter myself. My fish was not done all the way through. When I checked out the register added a fifteen percent tip even after I chose zero dollars because I had left a cash tip.for the waitress. Even the manager didn’t or wouldn’t fix it. Worst service I have had at any frisch’s ever been to I will never be back and I am going to tell everyone I know not to go there ever

I came in and the servers ran to the door to greet me with great enthusiasm. My food was hot and dessert was yummy! My service was excellent I will be coming back soon !

Had two coupons for two free burgers. Didn't realize that you could only use one per day. The young man trying to get the orders correct I believe he was new and a little embarrassed.I am so sorry if I made your day uncomfortable I didn't realize that you were not able to get both on the same day. Kelly supervisor and another tried everything. In the end they just took it off as a courtesy. Thank you so much for being understanding. Made my day. Husband recoup from surgery a month ago .we were both exhausted and wanted a burger. So this was his treat and mine.. awesome sides. Mushrooms and Onion rings. So great full people are understanding. Two 62 year old are happy and enjoyed our meal after getting home
