The maintenance team is basically non-existent, due to the manger quitting on the job. The actual maintenance people are very supportive and helpful though. The housing people keep dismissing multiple police reports on a certain someone for supplying minors with alcohol - up to actual abuse on roommates. We got tricked into buying an apartment for a gang member, at a low cost. When we went to move in,they said the apartment need extra dry cleaning. Didn't tell us it was because someone was shot to death in our apartment over gang related crimes. We had to wait for them to clean up the blood from the crime scene. Our screen door doesn't work bc it was shotout, a lot of things don't work. We recently had to have our whole toilet replaced, which the maintenance left a huge mess. Washer and dryer haven't worked since a month after we moved in. They ignore the tickets asking to fix it. It's a good place for a cheap rent, but mans, look elsewhere. this complex going under. It's apparent. They also push you for a good review, by asking you to claim a good point review on their actual sign up rewards program. Which is a scam. Nothing adds up to the neglect.

I love Living at copper Beech . I have had such a great time living in my very own first apartment. I would like to credit my great experience to the ladies in the rental office especially Kayla. If you want a nice apartment at a great price (especially in a college town) I recommend moving to Copper Beech :)

Parking is better for residents this year, I don't see as many dog although so not to much to pick up , I have seen indoor cats left from last year please think about feeding and befriending them before bringing in new kittens, kittens to …We are so proud of Copper Beech at Radford and thrilled that you love living here! We are glad that you like the new parking procedures. We have yet to run out of visitor spots this year, and that's with more residents. I have heard that Radford has finally started to do something about the cats since it seems to be a city-wide issue. I love living here at Copper Beech in Radford. I've never had any problems that the staff wasn't immediately able to help with.
