My husband and I moved to Michigan in 2020. Moving to a different state, yet alone a new community brings about a lot of anxiety. We completed our walkthrough/move-in paper work with Kaylah. She is not only very professional, but super helpful, and polite. Right off the bat - we felt welcomed and at home! Since moving in two years ago - we've had all of our issues addressed in a timely manner. Occasionally, I would just stop by at the office to grab coffee and chat with Kaylah. All other current staff are also very helpful. I would absolutely refer friends/family to this community! :)

I have lived in this apartment complex for about 18 months. It is quiet and people are friendly. Pets are always kept on leash and well mannered. All the staff are professional, helpful and friendly. When I have requested maintenance staff assistance, the response is within a few hours and concerns are addressed promptly. During the winter months the complex roads and sidewalks are cleared of snow that same morning.

Management is absolutely amazing. They really are some of the best workers and management for an apartment complex. They’re the only reason I’m giving 4 stars and not 3. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Maintenance is very fast in making repairs and is also very friendly. Management might be our favorite thing about the complex. The apartments themselves leave much to be desired. I know rent is expensive everywhere, but the quality of these apartments is not worth the high rent. Not sure why most people talk about the community or amenities when it’s the apartments themselves that you spend majority of your time. Walls and doors are very thin. Super cheap finishing materials used when making apartments. Floors are super cheap. Shower/tub is extremely cheap and water heater is very small (2 people can’t shower back to back without water being cold for second person). Parking situation sucks, especially when neighbors around you pay for a garage and still choose not to park in them. There are some nice things, but all of it has to do with the community or amenities (gym, pool, dog parks, car wash, etc). Apartment themselves really only have granite countertops going for them. There’s basically no storage inside the apartments too just keep in mind. Not worth the expensive rent imo. We enjoyed our time here for the most part (mostly due to the amenities and management), and it served its purpose I guess.

Unresponsive and unhelpful leasing staff. Rude maintenance workers. Cheap fixtures and poorly insulated apartments that are noisy on the ground level, despite the secluded community. Overall, terrible customer service. 10/10 would not recommend living here. For the same or similar price point, there are may other rental communities in the area with better amenities and more helpful staff that are dedicated to providing an enjoyable living experience to their tenants. Time and time again, the Springs has demonstrated they do not offer these basic services.
