Hunter and Christian were awesome! I ordered a custom waterlooop pc for my girlfriend and it arrived in shambles. Worried about the physical damage we took it to NEOBox where they said they could try to salvage it. They provided clear communication throughout the process, let us order new parts we wanted to customize it for her and even did the case in her favorite color. These guys are very professional and knowledgeable and were patient with me because I’m out of state so there were a lot of moving pieces during the process on both sides which they were quick to reach out on and ask questions as we went along.
