At 12:40pm on Saturday July 30th, my girlfriend and I stopped in for coffee and immediately one of the baristas complimented my outfit which was so sweet! They asked me what cup size I preferred and if my drink looked ok before finishing up. Then on our way out another barista complimented both my girlfriend and I on our way out! On top of the amazing customer service we received, our drinks were incredible! My new favorite starbucks!

I typically go to the store on 3 mile and they are very fast and my order is ready before then estimated time. Every Starbucks I have been too for pick up it is ready in time or before. This location, opposite. If they cannot get their orders ready in a normal amount of time, tho eh need to change the estimated time on the app. I have ordered from several Starbucks including in states like Illinois, Colorado, and Florida. I understand their are staffing issues. If they could just update their estimated time or put a warning message on the app that is needed.

I have been going to this Starbucks since I moved to Grand Rapids almost five years ago and I always feel like I'm walking into a local coffee shop and not a branch store. The baristas are so friendly and personable and they're always suggesting what to get and what not to get. I don't get there much more since I moved after college but I know that whenever I do go, I'll be welcomed back with open arms.

Corporate changed the hours to 9:00pm on Friday and Saturday and 8:30pm on Sundays for this location.
