I visited these apartments as a guest 9/27/22 and had a very unpleasant experience with the concierge on duty. Upon entering, I informed him that I was making a drop-off to one of the residents. Once I provided the resident's name and apartment number, he told me to board the elevator and head up to the resident's apartment, so I did. Once I entered the elevator, it would not allow me to select the designated floor, so I quickly hopped off and alerted him that I was unable to go up. His response was that he can't talk on the phone and listen to me at the same time. As I grew quiet, I heard him tell the resident that I had arrived. Then he told me I could go up now. On my way out, I told him that I could not go up until he had cued the elevator to do so, as I was confused as to why he would tell me to board the elevator if I was not able to select my designated floor. He then said that I do not control him and his job. Appalled, I replied that he did not control me neither as to have me waiting on an elevator in vain. His response was "I just did." I am now aware that this is an experience one can expect when visiting this place.

Wow! Quinton thank you for your help, professionalize and patience the other night. I was trying to make a delivery to this building and I was extremely frustrated trying to find the building. I am very new to Atlanta. Quinton directed me over the phone all the way until I got to the building. He was very patient and detailed! Thank you again and I hope you go far! I will definitely be recommending this building to others if they are interested in condo style living!

I recently moved into the Paramount and I think this place is absolutely amazing. The amenities are well kept, Morgan and the rest of the staff on site are always available to help and were super welcoming.
