Georgetown condominiums have been around since the fifties. A nice mix of retired people, regular people who work, and a nice mix of children. About 30% is leased usually by owner, and there is always some buying and selling going on. I would reach out to the leasing management office, MLS listing or do a drive through. There is always people around to share. I have been here six years, love it.
