Ever since Zips has taken over, my washes have been terrible. Wheels still dirty, the entire rear left untouched and leftover soap everywhere. Biden couldnt even do a worse job.

I love coming to this car wash, the car wash itself never leaves any spots not washed, and there are plenty of vacuuming spots usually available. I especially love the automated car mat washer and the pressurized air hose to help clean the small crevices in your car. Braxton was friendly and prepped the car with a smile and the staff is always quick to help with any problems I’ve had. I highly recommend!

Not sure if I should give it 5 stars or 1, it blew part of the trim off my car so it's definitely powerful! Rags and glass cleaner by the doors and a rug machine as well. Many rags were sorta clean but I found what I needed. 1 of the Vacuums in the front left spot was not working but they have several for you to use so we got the job done. I feel like I can be a bit picky here because there are many washes like this (one just a bit further on Brannon crossing!) And I paid 20 bucks.

February 9, 2022 Update: Zips has still not bothered to resolve the issue of my being scammed and signed up for their membership despite my telling the employee no. They have just charged me another $20 to my card despite me giving them plenty of information to be able to cancel and refund the charges to my card. I haven't heard from them in a couple weeks since they asked for extra information since I don't have an official membership account since I didn't actually sign up. Looks like I'll have to ask off for part of my work day so I can go resolve this in person at their shop since they are incapable of fixing this remotely. I'm extremely displeased and highly recommend that no one should ever go to this scam of a car wash place. Jan 2022: I went to this place ONE time a month ago because after 6 months of not getting a wash, I figured my car could use a good one before winter set in and they seemed like a quick, easy place to stop. WRONG. They had a nice seeming young lady out at the stand who gave me the details on what they offered, and put my card in the slot for me and then pressed the button for what I wanted to get since their menu was a bit out of my reach from my tiny car. They also has a special for a $10 the first month membership that she offered me. However, I guess I should have known better, because despite me telling this young lady I DON'T WANT A MEMBERSHIP, she signed me up anyway without me noticing. I woke up to a strange purchase on my credit card this morning and nearly had a heart attack, thinking that surely someone stole my information. But after a little digging, I noticed that I had made a purchase here exactly one month ago and realized that their employee had signed me up for their special "$10 for the first month membership" anyway and I hadn't noticed. I will be calling them once they open, because this is not only unacceptable, this is stealing, because I very clearly REFUSED the girl's offer of their membership - I can't afford to be getting car washes every month. A car wash is a luxury for me. Hopefully they'll resolve this, but for now, ZERO STARS if I could - who signs someone up for a paid membership when they say NO?!?!?
