Called around 11-11:30 AM and booked an appointment for early evening. They actually called me back twice saying they could come sooner. Andrew arrived around 12:30 and had me up and running within 30 minutes. He was very polite and friendly. Would definitely recommend them!

Precision was great. Our garage door spring broke at 7pm so I called and 5 minutes later, had an appointment for the next morning. Our tech, Nathan, called and was able to come out early (yay!) and he fixed it expertly. He adjusted the tension on the opener, replaced the burned out light bulb too. Above and beyond. Excellent service. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

Yes, we are open on both Saturdays & Sundays. Calls are answered by a live operator 24/7, and there is no extra charge for evenings and weekend service.
No, we only service residential garage doors.
Yes, if a call is received before 1:00 PM, we will go out to repair your garage door today during normal business hours. Getting your garage door fixed quickly and correctly is important to us. We understand your time is valuable, so we come to your home with a fully stocked truck prepared to fix 99% of all jobs we run into. If you need a brand new garage door or a custom ordered part, we may need to return to your a home a second time to complete the work.
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MC, Amex and Discover. We also accept cash or check.
Our Nicholasville location opened in 2001, and has proudly served the Lexington area and neighboring cities.
