I went there by emt. I was very suicidal the night before. I told the nurse that I was thinking about suicide all night the night before I went. They call my wife and my wife told them to have me admitted. and they never asked me again about if I was still suicide or not. and turn me loose. Always thought if you reach out and say something maybe you can get some help but they didn't want to help me so they turned me loose. I am doing well today but that experience at that hospital showed me that they must not really cared about if I died or not. so I will not ever return there. Thank God I am still alive. I am doing my best to over come this. I truly believe that they didn't take me seriously.

Clean nice hospital with friendly staff. My mom recently was admitted to this hospital for a few nights for observation. The nurses were attentive and doctors on duty very helpful and understood. Facility was clean and organized. I have had other family member come her for care as well and always a good experience.

I was called back immediately due to hypertension (again). Everyone was nice. Last time I had a rushing lazy doctor but this time I was lucky to get a smart, rushing thorough doctor. Turns out my cortisol and something else was way off. *The phlebotomist (Akoiya) was awesome! I hate needles but she was great! Besides waiting for labs results (worth the wait) I was in, diagnosed, treated and out of there! They even updated my physician before I could.

I absolutely loved my experience at Mercy West for my first surgery. I got a cyst removed from my wrist which seemed minor but it was way more complicated than I thought. From the moment I checked in to the moment I was wheeled out to my husband’s car, I felt so cared for and I felt like I was in great hands. Everyone was so patient and kind and they went into great detail about what I was going to experience with my first surgery. I have been here before for other procedures like ultrasounds and every time the staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Their doctors in affiliated buildings like 3301 and 3310 are also amazing.

You would need to call the hospital, but seeing as though they have an ER and X-Rays are essential to prognosis for certain injuries they should have someone on standby at least....
I'm quite sure that they do they have very good surgeons and all the newest equipment you could imagine..

Call them 24 hours ahead of time ..If it's a Doctors Appointment..Because if you miss 3 appointments they will dismiss you..They should have an on call answer the phone ...call now and leave a message so they wont hold it against you...like right now call....

You must have been having a bad day or your wait was too long I think Mercy Health West is an excellent hospital and all the doctors & staff there are great and wonderful your are not the only patient being seen there. Of course I don't know what the situation that was going on at the time of your visit if you read this could you be a little bit more specific

No any patients needing this care would be referred out. They will place psych holds until they find a facility to transfer a person if necessary.
