Staff is always helpful and nice to be around. Plenty of computers but the copier is usually a busy place.

The women that care (and I say care because they truly go above and beyond) for this branch are amazing. They take the time to assist each and every person, and treat us all with kindness. They take care of the neighborhood children, elderly, and everyone in between that comes through the doors of their library. These women are knowledgeable, passionate, intelligent, and make the Forest Park branch my favorite place to be. I still believe in checking out “paper” books and will until it’s no longer an option. You cannot replace the experience with a tablet or screen. I typically check out 20-40 books at a time and they help me check them out, box them up, offer to cart them to my car, etc. My most favorite part is when they take the time to get to know me and what I love, and share more artists and or recommendations. The Forest Park branch recently got a slew of laptops you can check out while at the branch for the typical 55 minutes, which takes some pressure off of the desktops and leaves them more for the kids who need them. The branch is also now offering free photocopies for any copies or printing under 20 pages. If you need help making copies or printing off important documents, these lovely ladies are there to help you. If you haven’t been to the library in awhile, you or the kids should go up for story time, or just to grab some books! I know they’d love to see some new faces!!

Staff is very helpful. Doesn't cost anything to rent movies, dvds, etc. Very easy checkout

Is nice to have a library in your neighborhood. Activities, snacks for the kids, computers. Small, but you can always reserve books online from other branches, and pick up in your closest branch.
