I have been there several times. My experiences with the facility has been very positive.
When Mercy West was new, we had great experiences. However, in the last two yrs, not so much. My Grandfather is in and out a lot, and I don’t have many good things to say about this place.
I have never had a bad experience at Mercy West, especially in the ER area. Nothing but the best of care with the nyrses and everyone I was in contact with.
No I've always had great experiences here in Emergency..They are very nice and professional...But Doctors offices are different...You have to make sure you have a car because if you miss 3 appointments they will put you out of services for that particular Doctor. .I just got put out of Suzanne Leksons Practice because I missed 3 appointments it's not gonna matter if you have medical transportation problems or not they will put you out...
My experience there was very good. I never had any trouble with the staff, or being un-attended to. Had surgery there a bit over a month ago, & aside from having to have the sugery in the 1st place, the doctors & nurses took real good care of me. Happy to say my GP is in the med. building there too, & that he's been good to work with as well.
My experience is more like Tracey's. Worse than being lazy and rude, the incompetence in ICU and ER is unacceptable. I do not recommend if you have a serious medical problem. I wish I could say otherwise.
