I wouldn't have my dogs treated here. This place is an absolute joke. My mother was sent here from MedExpress for a possible blood clot. Upon entering I witnessed 3-4 "staff" in their nurses station eating and talking and having a great time. Even after they saw me they still continued to talk and act like I didn't exist. I finally was able to get someone to come talk to me. I explained the situation that I was from Medexpress here for a bloodclot, her only response was "did they give you masks over there" Not only was the nurses RUDE but the hospital didn't even have an ultrasound. Thanfully, my mom didnt have one or else Im pretty sure she would of died. Do NOT go here. RUDE NURSES.

Worst hospital to go to for any behavioral health problems. They do not help nor try to at all. They just pull you to the side once a day to ask how you feel and that’s it. You’re basically just there to make sure you don’t kill yourself but they don’t try to help you feel better. When I was last there I was so embarrassed because I had wet the bed and all they did was give me a new gown. No new underwear and they left me in the same bedding for 2 weeks until I was allowed to leave. It was neglectful and humiliating. Please do not take your children here.

The orthopedic surgeon kept pushing me for permission to put a rod in my 92 year old mother’s broken tibia. No one had asked about her previous mobility, her state of dementia, her quality of life. They hadn’t even finished the tests to see if she could undergo surgery. When I said I hadn’t been given any any other options, are there any? He took offense. I then asked how many of these operations he had done like this? He gave me a lecture on my tone and told me he didn’t break my mothers leg and I should stop acting like he did. That he’d been doing this for ten years and he had done plenty!! I’m moving her to St. Vincent’s

We were on vacation and my daughter woke up and her ear was in a lot of pain. We got there and the staff was very friendly, when they saw she was nervous they helped to comfort her and made little jokes. We were seen quickly and they gave her a little box of stuff to play with while we waited. We saw doctor Amy who was very nice.

There are three mental health departments which all co-ed they are pediatric, adult, geriatric
Detox lasts 3 to 5 days depending on your progress and how bad you were when you go in. I have heard of some staying as long as 7 days but it's rare. Out of all the places in Erie and even tri state area, Millcreek is a great place to detox. After that they will help place you in a treatment center.
That would be a question for her Neurologist. If she wakes up fine, and is on meds to control it, some Dr's say there is no need to go to the ER, but it's for her doctor to decide. You should not be asking medical advise anywhere on the internet. If your want to call an ambulance to check her out and her Insurance will pay for it, and will make you feel better, then call.
You should call her neurologist
OTIS ELEVATOR COMPANY The OTIS ELEVATOR COMPANY can trace its origins to 1853, when Elisha Graves Otis introduced the first safety passenger elevator at the Crystal Palace Convention in New York City. His invention impressed spectators at the convention, and the first passenger elevator was installed in New York City in 1856.
1st don't disrespect your mother then if you feel u need medical or mental attention definitely check in and talk to someone. But u are not alone.. Always Pray if you can Good knows your heart
Go to your doctor
Call the hospital main number and ask for the medical records department
Try between 8am to 10pm
You would request one when toy get to the hospitalto check in, if they have one you would pay about $400 a night in cash for the private room fee, or will need to be paid up front so bring cash, check or credit card.
I believe you can call the person. I know you can drop off items and they will deliver them.
No, the ER will not provide you a refill on pain meds. Call your doctor that prescribed them for a refill and he can send a new prescription to a Erie pharmacy. If it is an emergency they will treat you. But all the visits I have ever made to lecom ER for broken bones to kidney stones, I have never once received a pain pill. I am guessing it is widely knows and is why it is the fastest & least busy emergency room, because it is not filled with drug seekers. Try Hamot I have heard people say they do RX meds there
Any ER will stabilize you regardless of your ability to pay...if you're issue is beyond their scope of care or tey feel you would be better served at another hospital, they can transfer you or release you and tell you do follow up with your doctor or a specialist. The emergency room is not a doctors office and should not be used for one.
If your on the patients visitor list yes and visitation is from 7pm to 8pm
