The smoothies are fine, but the owner doesn’t understand how to make a customer satisfied. Daughter wanted an açaí bowl; husband wanted a smoothie. I worked for five hours getting my classroom ready and told my family I’d pick them up on way home, which I did. Took a step out of my car, and the smoothie cup gave way, spilling all over me and my garage. Went all the way back to Pulp, after calling about what happened, and the owner had the AUDACITY to say it looked like I cut the cup and could’ve drunk the smoothie. I could buy another one for half price. REALLY? For a faulty cup? Like I want to go all the way home and then all the way back there for a smoothie that wasn’t even for me? Like $6 is worth all that? Long story short, I told my family I won’t spend another dime in that business. It’s the principle of the matter! The straw wasn’t even in the cup yet, and I don’t take kindly to being made to feel like it’s MY fault and some kind of scheme to get a free smoothie.

Ridiculous price fr 2 chicken wraps & 2 smoothies. 35 $ ! Line was way to back of restaurant. Only 1 register girl .one making smoothies one guy making wraps with just a hat in & long hair with no protection cover on .took forever fr service & then to wait was just as long.
