I had a problem with a bad part in my sofa and the lady at the desk, I think her name is Kerry, got the part replaced and kept me up to date throughout the whole process and even called to check up and make sure everything was good with our furniture a couple weeks later!! I would definitely recommend Morgan’s furniture.

Masks required, hand sanitizer available, social distancing practiced. We have a cleaning regiment we follow weekly with professional services in twice a week.
I purchased a couch off of them over 10 years ago. Other than normal wear and tear which is to be expected, the only other thing wrong with it is where I had a dog and he made some damage to the cushions. Structurally it has held up very good. That is why we went back when we needed a new reclining chair.
Morgan Furniture provides the best customer service prior to purchasing after you make a purchase things go downhill from there. After purchasing thousands of dollars worth of furniture from Morgan furniture we finally gave up on a $100 warranty claim for a recliner swivel because they refuse to cover it under warranty.
