I went in this morning, to inquire if it would be possible to modify an Ariat cowboy boot to accommodate a foot brace (I have cerebral palsy) The owner stopped what he was doing examined the boot and brace. And in 30 minutes had a solution he cut the boot allowing me to slip it on like a sneaker and added a zipper. While watching me walk he asked if he could suggest something ( I said sure) he asked me to allow him to pad the sole of the boot so my foot didn't fall to the inside. This man provided me a level of care that I hadn't received since I was a child and patient of the Shriners. I'm able to move 100% more comfortably now and don't have to give up cowboy boots. If you need shoe or leather work go see them. They are awesome, fair prices and exceptional customer service

Very rude to customers. Will drive to VB before I patronize that place. They do good work but have being rude to customers is not that way to I keep customers. I don't pay to be disrespected

All black shoes he used blue stitching to fix the tongue. And didn't do a good job. I had to end up fixing them myself. Don't bother going there.
