Here for a drop and hook. I’m literally typing this review as I stand at the shipping/receiving window, where I’ve been standing for 15 minutes now. They have yet to even acknowledge that I’m here. There’s been three different people walking around in this office. I mean how hard is it to at least say? We’ll be right with you sir.” ** was finally acknowledged by the fourth guy I saw, who actually works the window. He was nice and polite. The other three people should take note. And I understand, people are busy. But again, all they have to do is say is “someone will be with you in a minute sir.“ Other than that. The drop and hook was quick and simple. This could’ve easily been a five star review with just a little courtesy.
