This seems to be one of the best organizations around in terms of helping people. Lt. Simmons is one of the hardest working , most compassionate people and a real blessing to this organization.

They only have a few exercise equipments. It's free and open to the public but there's only a certain time of the day you can exercise because they open the gym up to the kids to play b-ball

There is the genieve shelter on Main Street in Suffolk. Also there is a nother shelter off of Finney Avenue in Suffolk VA
Call the Salvation Army in Suffolk and ask to speak to Keana Johnson she may be able to help you
Not sure they do actual financial assistance, but please go to social services and get a referral to Salvation Army for needs with Electricity or Water bill. Financial assistance may also be obtained via Social Services, depending on your situation.
