They got to be under stuff otherwise I can’t explain why only one or two registers open and so many people waiting in line. The story is good but the time it takes good to get to the checkout just make it note that worth it.

Went to return a pair of shoes today 1/29/2022 at the Almaden store I bought for my daughter on Wednesday 1/26/2022 at the Ross in Santa Clara and the manager on duty would not take them back because they were "worn" and she wouldn't be able to sell them. On top of that the sticker on the shoes were 2 sizes off from the actual size of the shoe. My daughter tried them on and noticed they were too tight...the manager told me to try at the Santa Clara store (where I bought them)...I thought any Ross store is game for returns...went to Santa Clara and they refunded me no queations asked...very poor customer service at Almaden!!!
