I really liked it. They had a lot of temptations to keep buying more great brands at great prices; but I came in for shorts and that's what I left with. Great place overall, the line wasn't too long like it usually is.

One of the poorest customer service experiences I’ve had at a store. Firstly, I was told this Ross only has a mens restroom, but no women’s. Then the fitting room attendant yelled at me when I put my clothes back on the rack while she was working on it. I will not be coming back due to this incredibly rude experience.

Close to our home so I frequent here. I love their home accessories especially the curtains. They had good instant noodles in the kitchen dept one time.

Natasha the manager is not a person who knows how to practice customer service, she made me go check in between some book i bought because they misplaced a tag of a backpack that i was trying to return in the books I had bought, so I was not able to return the backpack without the "detached tag" that was placed with the items I purchased. It is not the customers responsibility to keep a ditched tag safe, if they misplaced my tag with other items, they should have attached the tag to the backpack.
