Two weeks ago on the phone I was told by Denise that she would send me the intake paperwork so that I could complete it before my “assessment” and that if I got there by 8 I would have an appointment. This was never sent to me even though Denise had my contact information so that she could send me this and she never followed up to tell me she couldn’t sent it to me. Fast forward to today when I was suppose to have this assessment, I got sent TWICE by Summa employees to the wrong locations. The first time at which the desk representative called the correct location to tell them I had come to the wrong location and notified them that I was on my way to the correct location because they said they would get me in. Of course upon showing up Denise suddenly changes script saying she can’t do anything for me, that after the call she moves on to the next client, and no follow up was necessary because “you’re not a client, you’re not a patient, you’re not it” so no notification is necessary. I find this treatment, tone and patient care AWFUL especially for mental health services.

I'm over this place. I've been waiting approx 6wks for them to complete paperwork that my Dr office has sent over atleast 3 times now. I've been more than patient and I'm not booking another counseling appt. until my forms are returned to Summa. And as far as counseling services go it hasn't made an improvement on my life tbh. I'm going to start looking elsewhere.

I have grown mentally, physically, my mental health is the best it's ever been in years because of the work I've done with counsellor, and Psychologist. In fact if it were not for the fact that my counselor, Case worker were tag teaming the neuropsychologist I would still be waiting on a real diagnosis. Praises to God for all those who fought for me.
4pm I believe best bet is call there and ask
No as long as there is proof of the diagnosis and prescription. You'll probably have it that day before you leave the office. They are real big on keeping people straight with their medication.
