Advance Auto Parts have always need my go to place, just ask Amanda. I recently needed a new battery. I brought my old one in and the customer service gentleman brought me a new one. As he was ringing it up he asked if it was for a car? I said yes. He then asked what year? I said 2000. After a few moments he then asked very rudely and snapped “ I need to know what make and model”. I was surprised on his tone to me. I said you only asked what year. He said “if you don’t tell me the make and model I cannot help you and you should go somewhere else. So I said some words to him and went somewhere else and they will now get my business.
