This place is horrible. No service and everyone is so bad and badmouthing. I would never go to this place again and it is disgusting. I'm going to be calling the health dept. Hope this place gets shutsl down. It's so inhumane living . Please just stop trying to help people when your not. Please just shut this place down. I give you a negative on everything. No negative on everything everything except the quietness .

This place is awful. Cameras in rooms and hallways but no bathrooms in the residents rooms. The basement has no phone service at all. The place is disgusting, the beds are old and the hoyers. It’s nasty they don’t have toilets in the rooms for these patients….. I went as agency and there was zero briefs, zero sheets, and zero pads. Staff don’t help but 1 staff lady which deserves a raise. I can’t believe this place exist.

Had my mother in this facility, and pulled her out after being there 6 days, from day one she received bad services, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who cares about their love one, besides bad care, the rooms are disgustingly old and dirty, caution, staff that just don't care about their patients.
