I visit my sister-in-law, who is housed in the memory care unit, on a regular basis and am always amazed at the kindness shown to all of the residents by the entire staff. Today I witnessed one of the staff hugging a resident that was crying and saying that she wanted to go home. This just melted my heart.

ANYONE that’s has a Bad comment about this place is a Bold Face Lie!! seems people out bad reviews on here after the FACT they worked here and was fired!! I worked here for almost 3 months and I Loved it!! They do work with your schedule and this place is very flexible with your schedule! it’s not a hard place to work at ALL people just come and take advantage of the Laid Back work environment The Great administration here Lori & Jeremy are Some of the Nicest people you’ll ever want to meet! if you get fired from here your basically firing yourself because they are VERY lenient on the workers and staff here ! I Loved Working here The residents are Awesome as Well Many. Blessings to this establishment i’ll Surely miss working here!❤️

I worked as a sales counselor at Heritage. However I was not able to continue to sell the community with a good conscious. The community looks beautiful but they are unable to care for the residents who pay thousands each month for care that they will not receive. This is a toxic work environment where departments actively work against each other. The nursing department would often talk down about families and residents. I was also put in a position during corporate meetings across multiple crossing communities where I felt pressured to lie about the accomplishments of the executive director. I was constantly receiving conflicting infomation from corporate our executive director and nursing. when asking for directions on immediate problems our ED would avoid answering questions or coming up with solutions. Between unrealistic sales expectations and neglecting care needs I would not recommend for work or a loved one.
