I mean if you could turn that frown upside downing >:-O itd be a decent hospital but there’s no need for being upset, ignorant, rude, mad, sad. your job should be to make people feel welcomed 🐢🤢🤮 but after what I’ve seen I’d much rather go to Russia to get treated for whatever than go here. If you go to the parking lot across the street from main entrance (75 ach st) park on top deck, take walkway to main hospital, youll run right into labor & delivery

He or apparently were on the road and in parking deck? If they were pkg deck it's the valet people u ask. If it was on the road and didn't use meter than its the akron cops for the ticket they got? Hope this hleps some....
There is some free parking around it but a lot of the closer spots are metered or in the parking decks which are not free of course but not expensive.

I would try to call Summa Health and talk to the patient advocate. Mill Pond is Summa I think. Depending on what it is if it's a HIPAA violation you you can call the state of Ohio
