I brought in several heavy boxes filled with various random shapes and heavy items, including art and a 30 pound sewing machine for the pack and ship service, all the way to Oregon. Michael and Christine were extremely patient and kind, and Michael even cracked some jokes as he worked on the monster order. Everything arrived safely in like 4 days (quick!) which didn’t happen when I shipped FedEx ground last time. Thanks so much to this team, my precious goods were in great hands.

AMENDED REVIEW AFTER OWNER COMMENTS: To set your response straight for anyone researching your services - she asked if I had been fingerprinted before and I said yes. I never claimed I knew how to do it, so that's false. I followed her instructions to the letter. I never said I didn't want to do other cards, that's ridiculous because I always needed two. She told me both of the final cards would pass. Finally, if I was not following her instructions, why didn't she help? The ink pads we dry and not working correctly which was why the prints did come out well time after time. And if your associate was frustrated with this, she should have been helping rather than just expressing an attitude. I literally did everything myself, she simply stood there and watched me rolling my own fingers on the cards. I would have been better off ordering a fingerprint kit from Amazon and doing it myself. Instead, I paid $80 to do it myself anyway. Your response here should have simply been "I'm refunding your money" ORIGINAL: Do not under any circumstance come to the store to get any sort of quality fingerprinting done. The level of incompetence is truly unbelievable. Seek this service elsewhere. For $80 I am certain I ended up with two federal fingerprint cards that will be rejected. Even if they are excepted the amount of aggravation and frustration I had to deal with is ridiculous at any price. Even if it were free. Do not patronize this location for this service

I’m surprised they allow solicitors (D.A.R.E.) in front of their store. They are pushy and badger you even after politely saying “No, thank you.” I try to avoid that side of the street but how am I supposed to go to UPS if I’m trying to avoid pushy solicitors?
