One guy of the front desk was really racist. It wasn't a good experience at all. Asked me if I'm allowed to drive even though he had my driver's license in his hand. He was implying it was fake just because I'm Hispanic.

Sigh. This trend started in 2004, thanks to a notion that Republicans could annoy with impunity. It's not all cars bye the way. In my hood, around Woodfield RD in Gaithersburg, it's motor cycles. No cops, no cameras. They halt dutifully for speedcameras.
Turn in to local police station. Same with found electronics. Laptops or smartphones
Every barrack is open 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week.
