Just had my windshield replaced after a stone cracked it. Shawn at E Brunswick was the tech and I got to watch the entire process. Shawn is a true professional and he would be perfect making a You Tube video. Not that you’d want to replace the glass yourself. From start to finish Shawn wasted no moves and was very thorough in his work. It was fascinating to watch. Thanks again for a great job…

I had my windshield replaced by Chris S. from the East Brunswick location. I have to say, I'm a bit surprised that Chris isn't a manager, I think he'd make a great one. Chris was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. He explained the details of my service and the approximate time for completion. He also gave me the option of continuing my daily tasks and the confidence to know that my car was safe, so I was worry free. Chris's top notch approach made it an easy experience for me and I recommend him for any windshield jobs.

Had someone come out to repair glass and instead of fixing glass they spread the crack even more. Called in to talk to a manager and they said that happens more time than they fix. Was very confused by that statement because I was not told this. I tried to get the glass replaced was told to come on a Monday to only be called Sunday night to say they didn’t have the glass and they would call me back. Horrible experience I do not recommend. Management did not help and my time was wasted from start to finish. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Would give 0 stars if I could.

These are sales people more than technicians. We have a 2" crack in the windshield but they see a new car and automatically try to upsell us to a replacement. No thank you! My husband had to explain to them that a repair could be done and when they finally offered to do it, we turned them down. We want someone who knows what they're doing working on our car, not a sales man. Another location may be different but this one is poorly managed.
