I came back here after a ten year absence. The place has gotten better. Fast service. Carl was a jem. Doug is a magician behind the bay doors. Drop it off, go to Bsrnes and Nobles, come back when they call you. Leave them alone and await. You can't go wrong at the East Brunswick New Jersey Firestone.

The waiting room / lobby is spread out so if there's other people waiting for their cars to be finished, you don't have to sit next to one another. All the staff wears masks, and they have sanitizer readily available. They have large tables in front of their computers so that they can keep a comfortable distance from the customers coming in.
No. They will not take tires that they do not work or replace. And even if they do replace your tires, there is a scrap fee charged on the bill, which is pretty standard anywhere you go.
