Gym need ventilation where ellipticals and treadmills are, the air conditioner does not reach that area. Maybe install some ceiling fans?

First issue, locker rooms are disgusting and falling apart. I understand wear and tear but there is no reason the showers should maintain the same disgusting trash in each stall for weeks. I need to shower before work and this isnt acceptable. I'll find a new gym instead.

I've shared with the employees on too many occasions that the handicap shower in the women's restroom is always clogged and you're standing in water. Also, unless it has changed, the manager States 24 hour fitness corporate does not provide maintenance work on Sundays, which leaves it to be extra nasty. Other than that, is fine

At approximately 10 PM on Wednesday night, 12/16, my husband and I entered the gym where we pay a lot of money per month to workout. The mask mandate has been reinforced as of 12/15 and nobody was wearing their masks; including the 2 staff members that were at the front during the time that we showed up. The signs for mask requirement upon entry were posted everywhere, but nothing was reinforced by any of the club employees; even the custodian wasn't wearing a mask. There was not any sanitizing spray to wipe down the machines with as well as paper towels. The cleanliness at this particular location has always been an area of opportunity, but during a pandemic, this is unacceptable. My husband and I were completely appalled and disrespected as club members who have been involved with this organization since 2006. We've never missed a payment and we have a joint membership for the time being; we pay a lot of money to use your facilities. We expect an apology as well as a reinforcing of the county rules and regulations to help us all get through this difficult time in San Diego County. The bottom line is that neither of us felt safe in this facility.
