Small but nice. They've got tanning beds, hydro massage tables (10 minutes at a time allowed), and saunas (also time limited). A few squat racks and a platform which is nice! Even have stall bars (not common in most gyms). Locker rooms/showers are nice.

Tons of equipment and machines, super friendly staff, and great vibes! I’m a newbie at the gym and I feel very comfortable here. It never feels like I’m being judged or watched (that’s always a downside for me). It does get a little crowded on weekdays after work, but never to the point of not being able to do my complete workout

Okay, I’m not usually one to leave reviews but this place is just that good. I love this gym. Every single staff member goes above and beyond to make me feel welcome and well cared for during my workouts! The equipment is always clean and well organized, membership prices are great, and the smoothies are always delicious. 10/10 absolutely would recommend Chuze Mission Valley

I've been to several of the other Chuze locations in San Diego and this one is definitely the best! From the moment you walk in, the friendly staff welcomes you in and accommodates to any needs. If you're looking for a decent gym for a great price, this is the place!

At the Mission Valley location they offer a "Body Combat" class.
16 years old in company of an adult at all times. And have an official ID to prove age.
They close at 7 today! Last class is at 10am

After 9am normally ... mid afternoon isn't bad up till around 5. From 5-9 is really tough. Saturday afternoons are nice and Sunday evenings as well. Hope this helps.
