This 24 fitness on Navajo Rd is better than a couple of others I have visited. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have both a pool and a basketball court. And 2 separate rooms for stretches and they have classes during the day There is also a separate room for cycling. They have drinks and food/supplements you can buy to keep going. is fairly clean as well. Only downside is sometimes when it's busy, there might be a wait to use a machine. But that is expected! The layout makes sense as well. I would recommend. They are also operating 24 hours again, making it easy to schedule in your workout.

Not many decent gyms around, signed up here & hate it already. Not only is it packed at 5-12pm 4am-7am, but the dirtiness of the gym is horrible. The whole gym stinks. Bathrooms are even worse. Really hope they hire staff that actually wants to work & clean, or get better management to turn this place around.

The Navajo Road location of 24 Hour Fitness IS UP-AND-BEYOND a great location, especially compared to the very dog-earred and neglected El Cajon SuperSport location. Instead of rusted barbells, missing fixed barbells, unmaintained equipment with worn out and cracked seat covers, iffy general maintenance and a really unmotivated staff (except for Francesca and TJ) and very unresponsive management which you see at the El Cajon Supersport, the Navajo location is tops. This gym is very clean and well maintained. The staff is attentive and very friendly -- especially Clint! The first time I walked into this location I saw the stark difference between these two locations. While this location lacks some of the equipment and amenities that the El Cajon Supersport location has, this location is now on my list with its very positive and proactive atmosphere.

I would love to join this gym as it is only 5 minutes from home. The deal killer was that it is dirty ...... to the point, it's gross. Will check back in 6 months or so to see if anything has improved. This gym needs to hire some staff that do not feel that cleaning is beneath their calling. Staff need to stay busy, taking pride in the gym..... not just loudly socializing at the front desk.
