I recently visited the Midtown Campus ER Department, & I must say that I was impressed. The place was spotless. The staff were polite, professional, efficient and quick. My totally visit time including registration, triage, testing, and doctor visit was an hour. Kudos to them, they found out a system that works.

I came in at 3 people in front of me I'm a black man who was bleeding out my mouth and couldn't breathe I feel like I'm dying an the said white lady with a concussion is more important than u so I said something after letting all 7 people who came after me go an they call security on me an I never raised my voice I just asked for help just let everyone else black lives don't matter here not for black men an if someone gave this place stars believe me it not from black men I finally get I back after all that to see they told a little old lady to leave her arm was still bleeding I'm so afraid right now

I was there yesterday and they treated me very good. And the doctor was letting me know how was everything every other minute I feel so great full. Best ER in all Maryland for me the service is excellent. Since you enter until you go. And didn't let me wait for long time something I appreciate because I'm a high risk patient. 10/10

The main Umms is the same as far as the er. I waited 6 hours with an infected gall bladder, blocked bile duct yet the triage nurse said I looked fine. The guard hovered over me. Wound up going elsewhere, called my doctor who had me admitted to Umms within an hour. Triage nurse didn't lose her job.
oh noo sorry to hear that. I'm a new hire there. Did you report it to the charge nurse?
to be tossed out in the cold in a hospital gown? no appointment needed, come on down!
Patient advocacy would be a help in matters of patient information or a Liaison between you and the service provider.
If there's a position everyone especially army medics go online and apply and if there's an opening and you qualify you will definitely be welcome we are equal opportunity employment
