They say 4 hour wait. That is a lie we waited 8 hours and did not even see a doctor. They did do multiple tests within that time frame but no info on the results. There was no communication as far as what the process was and how long it would take. They admitted they are short staffed. This is not a functioning E.R in my opinion.

The staff in the ER was so helpful and polite. Everyone made me feel more at ease about my concerns. I suffer with anxiety and to be surrounded by kind faces and great conversation make all the difference for someone like me. The nurses and doctor were all Super Stars!

Came in patient who was diagnosed with abnormal ekg for CHF on 10/6/2022 at 7:45pm, and it is now 3:17am 10/7/2022. Full to capacity, no beds and NO customer/patient customer service at all. Horrible conditions and staff.

Last week I was experiencing chest pains late on a Sunday night. I went to Sinai ER and though it was fairly busy, I was seen relatively quickly and had radiology tests that confirmed, fortunately, the problem was not serious. At all times I was treated with respect and my concerns taken seriously even when I was unsure if I really needed attention.

I agree, my wife went to the ER there with a mastoiditis (crippling ear infection) and they laughed her away. Told her she would never be admitted to the hospital for an ear ache and demanded she pay for the visit. Luckily another dr saw her before she left and said this woman cant go home, get her admitted and on IV antibiotics now.
Yes. Had one there 16 years ago. They have a nicer unit there now.
So so sorry for your loss
That is great!
Nice to hear. Be well.
Depending on which department the patient is validation tickets are provided. However if there is none visitors can obtain yellow coupons from the cashiers at the patient registration or at the parking cashiers booth for$20 which has five passes.
Yeah, Dr. Mont performed my first hip replacement before he went on to Ohio. And now Dr. Nace just now performed my other hip replacement four years later. Dr. Nace is an awesome Orthopedic Surgeon with a great bedside manner and every employee at both offices are nice and very helpful.
Thanks I just talked to her
I am so sorry for your terrible experience!

I've been waiting several hours. Near the Herman Walter Samuelson entrance. Maybe the Express Emergency Care was at another location of the building..
Death certificate requests are processed at the medical records /health information management department.
