I went there three times, and I feel I was treated like a lab rat for a cash hungry business. I went there first time for consulting, and we discussed that PicoWay laser would be appropriate for the two dark minor spots I want to remove. When I went in for the treatment, Dr. Alster went all about how poor my skin was and how bad I look - which was really disturbing and uncomfortable - and that unless I purchase a more expensive freckle laser, which was for the full face, and was more intensive and invasive, I won't look good.... I was very disturbed by it and pointed out that 1. I don't even have freckle, what she recommended doesn't even apply for me 2. We had a previous consulting on the record, and that was not we agreed upon. She backed off, and did the PicoWay I asked for, without giving me the numbing cream... Would never went again because of the experience. Not all patients have a medical degree, but it doesn't mean patients are stupid.
