JES team was professional, punctual, and highly responsive to my questions regarding the project chartered. While JES was quick to come out and provide an estimate and take deposit, the remaining work has been very slow. Be prepared to call them once or twice a week to ensure your project doesn’t slip through the cracks. To give an idea on current timelines, my deposit and contract was signed 8/12/2022 and our permits have yet to be submitted to DC. No info is provided on progress unless I call and check. They appear to be a company you need to stay on top of to make sure things get done.
