We went to see the Hu. They had oversold the place taken out all the tables in the lower bar area. We had to go upstairs to sit. We also had to ask one of the bouncers if he could get us a low chair. Which he did. All in it was a wonderful experience. I would go there again.

Absolutely incredible sound system, both bands sounded stellar. Recommend this place highly to see an artist you like. Maybe replace your rigging technician and gaffer though, not pointing your fixed ellipsoid lights directly into the audience's faces is stage lighting 101.

It's a pretty good venue, but security has always sucked there. It was seriously overcrowded Friday night for Killswitch Engage. Seemed like they really oversold that show. There were people literally standing there blocking the walkway and stairs which is normally not allowed there. I guess they don't care about safety anymore. We need a larger venue in this city, somewhere between the size of the Knitting Factory and the arena.

I love this place. Just Big enough for a fun concert feel and small enough that it fees like the bands are performing for just you and your friends. Plenty of room to dance and groove a bit up front by the stage and no one spilling drinks on ya. The drinking area is corded off by the bar only. I think it's a nice set up. I can't wait to go back.👍👍👍🎸🎸🎵🎵🔥
Yes it is it has wheelchair ramp and work well with having designed area to allow sight and safety for the most part just have to ask the staff for help.

If you have been vaccinated bring that document, otherwise bring the negative test results to be shown at the door
The last show I attended, they made us where masks to enter the building and If you weren't eating or drinking something. I was not asked to show proof of vaccination.

I went to the recent Modest Mouse concert and they were asking for masks 😷 at the door but once you were inside, people took them off if they wanted. No vaccine cards required.
You can show up and show your id and proof of online purchase. And show up early...the line to get in goes around the building...and this is a limited 'seating' venue. 'cafe' style round tables and chairs...otherwise you stand
