Their self service dog wash needs maintenance. The soap is incorporated in the wash system and apparently it is broken, as soap still in water when on rinse. Need to rewash my dogs elsewhere now due to soap left on their coats. Also, no towels provided and you can buy one in a vending machine for $2. Already paying basically a $1 min, so too expensive for a crummy wash. Please look into your system and see if it needs a tune up.

I use the Ritzy's Dog Wash station at this car wash every two weeks or so and am always happy with the level of cleanliness and functionality. It is well maintained, affordable, and easy to use.

I frequently utilize 2 of the car wash locations *Thor & Argonne*. The employees are all very kind, helpful and hardworking. They do a great job keeping the property clean. The properties get TRASHED every night and the employees do a great job cleaning it up. I have never had any complaints until recently. My only complaint is for the Thor location. I purchased the $15 wash twice this week and both times after the wash I pulled into a stall to dry my van and my van was still covered in dirt. I wanted to email the location but the only contact info is phone number So I called it hoping to leave a message but there was no option to do so. I will come back when the employees are on the property and Speak to them about my experience. They are very kind and helpful and I know they will make it right.

I have used this dog wash at least 10 times. It used to be clean and well attended. It was filthy today, both bays were disgusting. I looked for an attendant to ask about unclogging the drains, but could find no one. I hope that the owner will take pride and improve the facility. It used to be clean, but today was of the lowest possible quality. Please take steps to improve it.
