its outdated, the conditioning foam comes out in little putts and it takes forever wasting so much time and money. the vacuums are used and abused . gave two stars cause its close to my house.

I came here for a car wash but it’s actually more of a rinse. There is also no dryer on the auto wash, so you need to bring a towel with you to avoid water spots. I chose a mid cost option for $8 or so and there was unfortunately plenty of dirt left over (mirrors, wheels, hatch, etc.) When I got home I noticed it left a huge 8 inch stripe unwashed because one of the sprayers didn’t spray. Seemingly they are relying on customers to find problems as they leave a number for you to call for this purpose. There was no attendant, so I tried calling the number. A lady answered and took my number for someone else to call me back because she couldn’t do anything about it. Nobody called back. I called back 4 days later, still same story - individual that answer the phone can’t do anything about it, she only takes your number. I just want a refund or a free wash. What a hassle. I would not recommend this place. Update: Its been another week and nobody reached out to me about the issue. I would say don’t bother going here as there are other car washes on the hill. It’s been months now and still nobody has called back. It is clear now that the owner and/or managers do not care about malfunctioning machines or customer service.

Dont waste your money here. They just increased the cost by $4.00. It was 10.87 now its 14.41 and my car was covered with a slimy coating that went over the dirt on my car. Water never touched the back of my car and I had to come home and wash it. Try another car wash, this car wash is really bad.

After reading these reviews it appears that this is a SCAM CAR WASH! Wish I'd read the bad reviews before stopping here but I just stopped by for a quick cheap wash and regret my purchase. First, it's difficult to center your vehicle to even begin the car wash which was frustrating then after it deposited the soap it suddenly stopped and gave up, leaving my car covered in suds! I tried re centering the vehicle but the sign said the wash was over. I had to manually rinse it with the hose which is exactly what I was avoiding on this cold winter day. :( Neither the soap nor the very weakly powered hose rinsed off the dirt on my car. As you can see, the car is still totally caked in dirt. Total waste of money!
