Has anyone read what is going on at the shul? The place should be empty during the High Holy Days. Shame on the entire congregation

Inspiring, beautiful and meaningful religious experience. This temple is inclusive, diverse, socially active and cutting-edge.

We are new to the area and are impressed with the innovative programming and staff at this congregation. Especially enjoy the shot of Torah. The rabbis are each thoughtful and kind and the music is superb.

There is so much wonderful programming happening at Washington Hebrew Congregation. The religious and spiritual life is warm and inviting. If you’re looking for a Jewish community, a place to share life’s milestones, and becoming engaged with a historic and forward looking Temple , come to a few of its joyful services, lectures or events.

Regardless of anyone’s learning ability, style or hurdles, we work one-on-one to meet the needs and goals of families. We LOVE having conversations about this and welcome the chance to speak about what your family may be seeking.
