Terrible service. Got stuck on the lower level for 20 min and nobody was able to assist nobody. I called and rude agent did not even offer help.

Most inexpensive parking in the area. Close to the courthouse, metro, Capital one Arena, Chinatown, restaurants, Archives and just a mild walk to capitol hill.

Horrible sewage stench coming from all floors of the garage. You can smell it just walking by on E St. Parked here once and I can still smell it in my car. Needs to be addressed ASAP as it’s a health concern to all using the garage. For now, don’t park here!
