Terrible place. I was made seem as the abuser in my efforts to speak to the commissioner. All the while, the security guard asked that I leave my drink with them, and little did I know two days later I had a stomach issue for hours upon drinking my drink. All the while, some homeless woman near the Rockville Library, who was wearing no shoes, as was the guard who instructed for me to leave the drink, ate something that looked like my drink and had some pepper like substance in it. I'm either crazy or that milk was bad although it tasted fresh, although after two days. The first issue noted still boggles my mind.
