Our number one priority is ensuring the health and safety of our patients and employees. That's why we've implemented the following policies. Requiring masks for all patients and staff. Running HEPA air cleaners (down to 0.1 micron) in every patient room all day long. Sanitizing all high-touch surfaces after every patient. Requiring temperature checks at the door or your car upon your arrival (call us, and we can come out to you). Screening questions before your appointment. Scheduling all appointments in a way to reduce contact with other patients. Offering curbside service if you need to drop off a hearing aid for repair, cleaning, or other regular maintenance. Providing remote in-home hearing aid programming. If you’re unsure if your hearing instruments can be adjusted remotely, call us, and we’ll let you know. Offering to mail batteries and other accessories that you may need for your hearing aids upon request.
Hi Doris - Some of them are. The Circa 2400 is Bluetooth compatible but the Now IQ is not. Hope this helps. Dr. Breanna Collins can help you with this if you would like to make an appointment. Let us know!
