The Burger King on 68th Street in Cutlerville never answers their phone. They got my order wrong after I was very specific and they repeated it back to me when I ordered and when I got to the window. When I got home I called them and they didn't answer the phone. I've tried calling them a few more times in the past couple days since this happened and they still have not answered the phone. I don't have time to waste, nor gas--which is very expensive now. They are also very stingy with ketchup, etc. Will only give you 5 packets no matter how many orders of fries you buy. Update: the manager argued with me and wouldn't listen. He also dissed one of his employees, which is disrespectful. He did, however, replace the meal. He told me the phone never rang. When he went to go get his phone, he noticed it wasn't working. How can they not notice a downed phone from Friday night until Sunday evening? He also said a few other rude comments to me/about me. You want business? Do your job and be kind, please. I'm disappointed.

Bought 3 meals. One kids meal was supposed to be a burger kids meal, nope. Got chicken nuggets instead and the fries for the meal was dumped upside down in bottom of bag. I give leniency because of short staffing but only 3 meals and 1 was wrong and a mess in the bag.

I love this Burger King! It is the only one I go to because Josh keeps everything so nice, clean, and organized. The way he treats and teaches his employees to give the customers an enjoyable experience is outstanding. 5 stars!
