Horrible experience for my FIRST time there. I walk into the location and someone leaving was complaining about there experience. The crew that worked the shift, did not seem to care and had very short attention spans. I wasn't asking for much. The young man at the register broke off into a random conversation with another employee in the middle of my order. I received my food after a 10 minute wait. Barely melted cheese and the quesadilla I ordered barely had anything on it. I asked for a remake on my plate and they took another 20 minutes to get it done. At this point I asked for a refund, hopefully I get that back. I do not complain about my experiences anywhere because I understand certain circumstances but this was not it. PAY ATTENTION TO THE PAYING CUSTOMER AND MAKE THAT COMPLAINT A PRIORITY.

Very disappointed, placed an online order due to the app not working. Both the Island Green smoothies were terrible, not even edible. The chicken teriyaki wraps were both cold. I have sent 2 separate messages via my app with my complaint as well as a copy of the receipt with no response from anyone. Will not use this location in the future. In response to the request to go to your web site and explain what happened, I have, twice.

Its up to the individual franchise owner. Most times employees will say no to questions like yours not actually knowing the answer. Write a short letter to the owner with your question and contact info. I bet you will find the owner will be in favor of what you want. Good luck!
