I Won’t Bash them but I will be honest! 2 Stars due to the Family like Enviroment but they want way more then they can give regarding pay… My position was Jr Recruiting Coordinator - Towson, MD Don’t get me wrong I Love the concept and the office life. Personally, I still think of my recent coworkers Ronnie, Paul, Anne and I definitely still Love Yas but I came in swinging from file clerk straight to recruiter with little to no experience and if the numbers we’re looked at and counted I was killing the game. Sending out more people everyone in my first Week and every week there after then my senior recruiter. I’m the type who wants to give my all, I receive great joy from a job well done And I truly cared but they couldn’t see it. I just didn’t feel appreciated that way, I really tried my best to stay in hopes things would get better and I didn’t want to leave Yas with the work load being pregnant at that time. During meetings I even offered up better ways we could all work together to make things easier For us all, but after weeks without change & the consistent MICRO MANAGING EVERYDAY ALLDAY! I couldn’t do it anymore in 2020 making 12 dollars hourly it was not worth the pay even after the dollar raise. I Also left with an attitude everyday, drained, and unhappy. How do you honestly expect me to be happy in a job where I place people making more then me and think I’d go unbothered ???? Even Ronnie would say the people working at the hospital didn’t make much money but I only made a dollar more originally. Then Anne and her attitudes some mornings not even speaking which we addressed in a meeting smh but if you come in showing the littlest bit of stress smh Broke my heart to go because I personally like them and the atmosphere. l really did not want to go but….I had to move along to make a better way for me and my family just like they had to do what was right for them. It obviously wasn’t worth minimum wage. I was called Junior recruiter even though I put in most of the work as far as paperwork, sending people on assignments using more ways than what was given to do so as well to please our clients from the beginning and if they looked at that maybe they would have realized what they had but they just focused on the wrong things. I think my my ex-coworker is still there even though she low key hates them lol they gave her senior recruiter because she was there a year ahead of me and I’m sure they have her a raise upon return. I just felt Unappreciated and I felt there was no room for growth or maybe my patience wore thin whichever came first but despite that they knew I was worth more. I also spoke my mind because I’m a Realist. I knew that Anne & Paul Would actually rather lose me then to give me the raise I deserved and that was okay with me because at the time I was stressed dealing with many things. So, Although they did give generously on holidays I decided to bow out gracefully and left with a respectful handshake and good hopes for the future😃 Later I wrote them an email stating that I Appreciate them still, even though I had to go my own way and I thanked them for the experience but they never wrote me back or said a word. I later realized that they needed me to work for them and do what they Needed and they never really cared about me outside of that. It hurt me personally because they couldn’t see how much I wanted Priority One Staffing to be great and Loved being there tho I could no longer handle the low pay barely making it, and the constant stress, 1000 questions & being micro managed more by Anne daily. If those things had changed I could have stayed. So I’ve realized even if your job feels like a second home let’s be clear they aren’t family and you will not be missed.

I had incident with this company that could easily been settled in professional manner. Instead the receptionist accused me of not showing up to work and was very rude. I called and reached out to Ronnie the owner and she was very indifferent!!! They also took extra money out of my pay and said it was for some sort of taxes but the money is not reflected on my w2s. This company is not worth the stress and little pay. Stay away!!!
