If I could give 0 stars I would, I had a good discrimination case and they dropped it. I wonder how much my former employer gave them.

Worst EEOC service ever. They don't even give you an appointment within the time that they have jurisdiction. They work against employees filing, not for them.

You see the EEOC does not give a damn about anyone's discrimination in the work place. They are actually working against us and are for these employers who hires us. This is not joke. If it was a lie I would not be posted this confidential information. Do your own reaearch. Good luck in this America and in this world trusting the hands of the flesh!

I think you should file your complaint as soon as possible. If you wait to long you may loose the chance to do so. Maybe conract with an attorney is a good idea too. I am not an attorney.
