I'm not sure how to start this review except to say that prior to my most recent interaction with this business, I probably would have given them 5 stars like others. This business had always done right by me until I got into a motorcycle accident and took it there. I received a quote from the mechanic and simply said, "Wow, that's expensive." His instant reaction was to stare at me in anger and went on to explain to me about how much rent he has to pay and other information that was not my concern. I told him "okay. How fast can you do it?" His reply was, "I actually don't want to do the job. Take your business somewhere else!" I was shocked and dumbfounded. I never had anyone speak to me that way, especially someone trying to run a business. I will definitely oblige his request and never return to nor recommend his business to anyone.

Fairfax Cycles was the greatest find and the only place I can honestly say and recommend anyone to take their motorcycle for all their maintenance needs. Kevin and Terry do great work at reasonable prices. From oil changes, new tire ordering and installation, brakes, tuneups, diagnostics, you name it. I could sing their praises all day and I recommend them to everyone but you'll only be doing yourself a favor by trusting your bike with them and seeing for yourself. Tell them the guy with the ZX14 recommended them over anyone else, you'll be glad you did.

I was on a road trip and my bike broke down. These guys fit me into their busy schedule and got me back on the road.

This gMaps app is other netizens about their experience, not really directing questions to the shop...
State inspection for motorcycle at be even done at regular gas station where they do it for cars.
Yeah, they do. They also will keep your bike on a trickle charger. I believe it was around 100 last time I checked, but I could be wrong.
No... They are just a repair shop..
Hello, I believe they just service. This is a repair shop.
