The apartments are largely fine, but the responsiveness of maintenance is unacceptable. There are numerous simple repairs that I requested when I moved in that I'm told will be completed, but still haven't been 6 months later. I have been in repeated contact with the property manager Charles and Lesley at CIH properties about this without resolution. Other very simple pieces of simple maintenance that were completed have taken months.

I miss this apartment complex so much. The only reason I moved out was because I moved out of state. Charles is hands down the best apartment manager I've ever had. He took care of things while always remaining pleasant and positive. I also love how everything is walkable in this community. Walls are thick so isn't noise coming through the walls or ceiling.

Great place, my mom loved it here. Super friendly people...Just like any other place this place has requirements to become a Tenant. Wonderful place to live and my mom and i highly recommend.

I checked this complex out a few years back and was captured by the care of the grounds and the appearance of the common area of the building that I toured. The property Manager Mr. Charles was very pleasant and provided me with a wealth of information. Needless to say, when I was in the market for a new place, this apartment complex was the first to come to mind. Let me first start by saying, I toured the neighboring apartment complex and none felt like home, like the apartment that I have. From the manicured lawns, the well maintained common areas, my lovely neighbors, my lovely newly remodeled apartment and the added bonus is Mr. Jackson is still the property manager! New owners brought the property a while back and have renovated some of the vacant units as they become available. The renovations are nice, there are some minor issues but the renovations are great for the space. The apartments are pretty small, but just the perfect size for me. Parking can be a issue at times, however, you are able to park at the co-op without the risk of being towed as it’s City/public parking, Many of my neighbors have packages delivered daily and the neighbors will placed them at your door. It’s overall a very peaceful place to live so far….
